The hotel had friendly staff who made an effort to ensure a pleasant experience. While the room was clean and spacious, some areas felt outdated, and we encountered slow service during meals. Still, the food quality was commendable and the pool area was enjoyable.

Celebrating a special occasion, the champagne and chocolates in our room were a delightful surprise. Each staff member was exceptionally friendly and the portions at dinner were generous, featuring locally caught fish. However, the delay in receiving our orders for lunch was frustrating, and the mix-up with the sandwiches added to our disappointment. Despite this, the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of our room enhanced our overall experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 13hotel facilitiespoor check-inbad shower temperature
Impressive hotel facilities and good breakfast options.
We had a very poor check-in experience, as no one informed us about our room details or hotel amenities. The shower temperature was inconsistent, making for an uncomfortable start to the day. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the room could use significant improvement, as there was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom drains.

The Deluxe Double Room was pretty decent overall. The bed was two singles pushed together, which was a bit odd, and I wish the pillows were better. There was a broken chair that seemed like it was on its last legs, and the bathroom door was hard to open and close due to some damage. But the room was clean, which I really appreciated, and the shower was nice and powerful. Can't complain too much about that.

missingWrote a review on Apr 27noisy environment
Our stay was marred by a few issues. The shower setup, marketed as a walk-in, felt more like a wet room, with water spraying everywhere and no towel rails available—just a hassle for drying off. We also dealt with noise from the adjoining room, which led to a poor night's rest after a party went late into the night. Breakfast was lackluster. despite a decent selection, most hot items were lukewarm, and the toaster struggled to deliver even warm toast after multiple attempts. Lastly, the designated disabled parking spaces felt inadequate, being too far from the entrance and not wide enough for easy access.
